UMUC has thousands of online students. Many students who take strictly online classes have little or no interaction with other students except in each individual class. There is no way to find, email, or talk to other students unless you just happen to know them. Since you can not talk to other students in the hallways it is important to have a place where you can find out what classes to take, which professors to pick, etc. So, here's the forum.
